- 200 g AP flour
50 g Cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 3 Eggs, beaten
- 60 g Butter, melted
- 1+3/4 cup Buttermilk, at room temperature

- Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions. In a medium bowl whisk together the first 6 ingredients. In another bowl beat together eggs and melted butter, and then add the buttermilk.

- Add the liquid ingredients to the dry and stir until combined. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Ladle 2 tablespoons of batter onto the iron. Close iron top and cook until the waffle is golden on both sides. Serve with maple syrup.
