Crispy Waffles / 酥脆窝夫饼

  • 200 g AP flour
    50 g Cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 Eggs, beaten
  • 60 g Butter, melted
  • 1+3/4 cup Buttermilk, at room temperature
  • 200克 中筋粉
  • 50克 玉米淀粉
  • 1/2小勺 小苏打
  • 1小勺 烤粉
  • 1/2 小勺 食盐
  • 3大勺 砂糖
  • 3个 鸡蛋,打散
  • 60克 牛油,化开
  • 1+3/4杯 白脱奶,室温


  1. Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions. In a medium bowl whisk together the first 6 ingredients. In another bowl beat together eggs and melted butter, and then add the buttermilk.
    据使用说明预热窝夫机。将前6项材料一并放到中碗混合。另取一盆,打匀鸡蛋和牛油。然后拌入白脱奶。
  2. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry and stir until combined. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Ladle 2 tablespoons of batter onto the iron. Close iron top and cook until the waffle is golden on both sides. Serve with maple syrup.
    将湿性材料加入粉类拌匀。静置5分钟。将2大勺面糊放入热好的窝夫机,盖上后煎至两面金黄。和枫糖浆一起食用。
