有2000多年土豆种植史的南美洲秘鲁-Peru是土豆-"Earth Bean" (又名马铃薯-"Horse Bell Yam")的真正故乡。 Funny thing is in my hometown 土豆-Earth Bean is not potota, but peanut. 德国人管土豆叫Edrapfel (Ground Apple in English)or Kartoffel, 是世界上吃土豆最多的民族,每人平均每年吃掉七十公斤土豆。

Potato Varieties-Kartoffel Sorten

平常我一般是不吃土豆的,不过上星期公婆来访,所以在ALDI超市买了1kg/一包,好像是1,5欧左右,用了一半做Salzkartoffeln mit Petersilie/盐水欧芹土豆,还剩一半就用来做这个沙拉了。

  • 500g Charlotte potatoes
  • 1/2 Lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 stalk Spring onions, finely chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 40 ml Olive oil
  • 1 pack / 75 g Ham cubes
  • Pinch of dried parsley
  • 500克 夏洛特土豆
  • 1/2个 鲜柠檬,榨汁
  • 1小勺 法国第戎芥末酱
  • 1支 葱花
  • 盐和黑胡椒
  • 40毫升 橄榄油
  • 1包/75克 熏肉丁
  • 1小撮 干欧芹末


  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until they are just soft. Drain and peel off the skin. Whisk together freshly squeezed lemon juice, mustard, pepper and salt in a bowl until the mixture is well blended, then start to slowly beat in the olive oil. Add in the spring onions.
    土豆放到盐水里煮软后滤干后剥掉表皮备用。柠檬汁,芥末,胡椒和盐打匀后徐徐加入橄榄油搅打至完全混合。拌入葱花。

  2. Dry fry the ham cubes over a low heat for 5 minutes and add the ham to the dressing. Thickly slice the warm potatoes and add to a serving bowl, then pour over the dressing. Toss to mix through then sprinkle over with the chopped parsley before serving.
    将熏肉丁入锅低火干炒5分钟后倒入调味汁里拌匀。将土豆切成后片放到大碗里,倒入调味汁。兜匀后洒上欧芹末即可食用。
