平常我一般是不吃土豆的,不过上星期公婆来访,所以在ALDI超市买了1kg/一包,好像是1,5欧左右,用了一半做Salzkartoffeln mit Petersilie/盐水欧芹土豆,还剩一半就用来做这个沙拉了。

Boil the potatoes in salted water until they are just soft. Drain and peel off the skin. Whisk together freshly squeezed lemon juice, mustard, pepper and salt in a bowl until the mixture is well blended, then start to slowly beat in the olive oil. Add in the spring onions.
土豆放到盐水里煮软后滤干后剥掉表皮备用。柠檬汁,芥末,胡椒和盐打匀后徐徐加入橄榄油搅打至完全混合。拌入葱花。

Dry fry the ham cubes over a low heat for 5 minutes and add the ham to the dressing. Thickly slice the warm potatoes and add to a serving bowl, then pour over the dressing. Toss to mix through then sprinkle over with the chopped parsley before serving.
将熏肉丁入锅低火干炒5分钟后倒入调味汁里拌匀。将土豆切成后片放到大碗里,倒入调味汁。兜匀后洒上欧芹末即可食用。
